You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, trade, resell, or use the site content for commercial purposes.

However, the site does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

User Privacy Protection

On behalf of figurineart.rs, we commit to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about buyers/users and data necessary for business operations and user information in accordance with good business practices and to provide quality service. We give customers the choice, including the option to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly protected and available only to employees who need that data to perform their job. All figurineart.rs employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting privacy principles.

Your Account

Using the site in certain sections requires you to have a user account. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. By ordering products, Figurine Art as the owner of figurineart.rs is not obligated in any way to accept the created order. At any time without prior notice, the order may be canceled.

Site Availability

Figurine Art (figurineart.rs) reserves the right to terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of the website, including the availability of all features on the site, at any time without prior notice. You agree that Figurine Art will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the site (or any part thereof).

Comments, Communications, and Other Visitor Content

Visitors can comment on products and send email messages to figurineart.rs.
Figurine Art has the right not to publish comments that are malicious, spread hate, contain indecent statements, and in any way violate the rights of others.
Such comments will be removed without any notice. False representation and registration with someone else’s email address is not allowed on figurineart.rs. Against such activities, Figurine Art as the owner of the site figurineart.rs may initiate appropriate legal proceedings.

Product Prices

All product prices are expressed in Dinars and listed without VAT, as Figurine Art is not in the VAT system.

Conversion Statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Eur into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our website.

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted through the public network in protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the currently most advanced cryptographic technology.
The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Raiffeisen Bank a.d. Belgrade, so the complete payment process is carried out on the bank’s pages. At no time is payment card data available to our system.

Payment Methods

Payment Cards

You can make payment with your personal or company credit card in an absolutely secure way. Online payment using a credit card is a protected method, as your card data is not stored by the transaction processor, as it is protected and encrypted. To pay for your order, you need to enter your credit card number, expiration date, and CVV2/CVC2 code (the last three digits located on the back of your card, in the line where your signature is located).

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Raiffeisen Bank a.d. Belgrade, so the complete payment process is carried out on the bank’s pages. Refunds
Refunds are made depending on the method of payment as follows:
Paid by payment card – in case of returning goods and refunding the customer who previously paid by any of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Figurine Art is obligated to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods.
Paid by cash on delivery to courier – in case of returning goods and refunding the customer who previously paid in cash to the courier upon delivery, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Figurine Art is obligated to make the refund exclusively through transfer to the customer’s account.

Complaints

According to the Consumer Protection Law (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 88/2021), purchasing through our website figurineart.rs is considered distance selling.

The law for distance selling establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day when the product is delivered to them, or when it is delivered to a person designated by the buyer who is not the carrier.
Accordingly, if you want to return a purchased product whose seller is Figurine Art, you can do so within 14 days from the moment of receiving the shipment by filling out the form that will arrive at your email address upon order confirmation.

Goods are returned exclusively to the sender’s address which you can see on the address label. If you are not sure to which address you need to return the shipment, contact our customer support.

It is important to know that in this case, you are required to bear the costs of returning the goods.

The product you are returning must be in its original packaging and without visible signs of use with all accompanying documentation. Your obligation is to return it within 14 days from the date when you submitted the completed form to us or otherwise notified us that you are withdrawing from the purchase.
We will refund the paid amount no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the completed form or other form of notification. We may delay the payment until we receive the goods you are returning or until you send us proof that you have sent the goods back to us.

Refund of funds depends on the method of payment:

if the order was paid by payment card, the refund will be made by refunding the funds to the card;
if the order was paid by cash on delivery, the funds will be paid exclusively to the customer’s current account, so it is necessary to provide us with the current account number by email so we can smoothly make the refund;
Product exchange is not possible.

Conformity

Unless otherwise stated in the product description or its characteristics, conformity is valid for 2 years from the date of product purchase. Seller’s statement
Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution

A consumer dispute can be resolved through out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedures. As a trader, we are obliged to inform you that we are legally required to participate in this procedure.

Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is carried out in a transparent, efficient, fast, and fair manner before the body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.

The Ministry compiles a list of bodies and publishes it publicly.

The procedure before the body can be initiated by the consumer only if they have previously filed a complaint or objection to the trader.
The consumer loses the right to submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution after one year from the day of (unsuccessful) submission of the complaint. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution can last no longer than 90 days from the day of submission of the proposal.

Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution does not apply, among other things:

in consumer disputes that are subject to the Consumer Protection Law, if out-of-court dispute resolution is regulated by a special law, especially in the area of providing electronic communications services, postal services, financial services, except financial benefits, travel services;
for resolving disputes through procedures established by the trader themselves;
for direct negotiations between consumer and trader;
for attempted reconciliation of parties regarding disputes in civil proceedings;
in proceedings initiated by the trader against the consumer.

Each party in the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure pays their own costs (representation costs, travel expenses, etc.). The work of the body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is free for parties in the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure.
Unilateral Termination – Withdrawal from Purchase

The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day of concluding the purchase contract without stating reasons. With unilateral termination, the buyer is released from all contractual obligations, except for the direct costs of returning the goods. The buyer loses the right to unilateral termination only with their explicit consent before the expiration of the time in which unilateral termination of the contract is allowed.
The unilateral contract termination form can be downloaded here and if it does not arrive with the product, it will be considered that it has been delivered to you i.e., available for download. The declaration of unilateral termination of distance contracts concluded outside business premises can be sent by email (office@figurineart.rs) or registered mail to the Seller’s address.

When returning goods, it is mandatory to return them in proper and original condition and originally undamaged packaging. Otherwise, we are not obligated to accept the package. In case you do not have the original product box for refund, the amount is reduced by 50% of the sales price that was charged.

Damaged Package During Delivery

Always check the contents of the package after receiving goods from the courier service!
If you received a package and upon opening found that the product is visibly damaged, Please contact the Call center immediately, but no later than 24 hours from the moment of receipt, or send an electronic message to office@figurineart.rs and inform us that the package is damaged. We will send a courier to make a damage report and take over the damaged package. Upon receipt of the package, Figurine Art will send you another product.
